My House >> A doorway to Heaven and Bliss (PART 2)

Hello helloo helloooo …… I just ended my day and boy does that feel good, life is good its actually quite(hamm how shall I put it into words **scratches head hard** .. ) it feels like sun rise as the sun peeks over the horizon by lighting a bonfire with a riot of colors each striving to take precedence over each other. A red so red she stands fiercely in her bloodiest Armour standing dripping as she stares defiantly at Purple as she overtakes her, followed hot on her heels her majestic sister Blue, with her gown of blue silk sheltering her children from the heavens. Boy oh boy what a sight, I was in the kangaroo valley last weekend and I saw a sunrise so beautiful it blew me away … my mind burst out in tangents of epiphanies it was humbling.

Just spent time with my favourite red head and she is sending me home.

So am back, part 2,, hmm today I was thinking of explaining how to make COB to turn nature into a beautiful piece of art to connect our source with her regenerative source, her gift to us.

The first step will be to do a soil test with the soil on your land and see what the composition of it looks like. Soil is usually a mixture of both sand and clay. The right mixture is where there is just enough clay that when it dries it holds the structure together. I usually use a mixture of two wheel barrows of sand and two of sand filled with 1 and 1/2 buckets of water from an oil barrel over a camp fire.

You mix both sand and clay in the wheel barrow. It defers from group to groups but I prefer mixing with my hands. Mind that you where some very good gloves that cover your forearm. I did that once and boy!!!!! What a fuck up.

Once the mix is done and it is just slightly loose so that when you take a batch in your hand and flick it there should be no mixture in your hand. Now you place a tarp that is 2m by 5m and dump the mixture in it.

Now you take some straws and put two handfulls by grabbing one chunk and firmly turning the top stalks clock wise this will be break the stalks in half and sprinkle them in the mixture and stomp on them. Keep stomping and turning the mixture around with the tarp till there is enough straw to hold the sand and clay together firmlys a direct result of this you are building a insulated home that will not require any heater or air conditioner as it will be a passive solar structure. The natural cycle of the heavens and stars will naturally keep warm during the. Cold season because they store a lot of heat and release them slowly slowly into the inner sanctum of your abode. During the hot seasons the exact opposite happens as they material lets heat pass out of the house in the night giving back to its surroundings because warmth travel from an area of more heat to an area of low heat. Simple thermodynamics, very similar to the same principles used in rockets and fighter jets.

Once this is done and you can hardly stomp on the mud with out leaving an indention you know the batch is ready to start laying around your house to sculpt a house out of nature. Its as simple as that so good bye people and sleep well since am to so spend some time with my favourite red head and head to bed.

I build houses for free ma fellow CitZEns feel free to contact me below and am more than happy to build it for you. Does not matter where you are or in which part of the globe your from, we will be there.
